Classic Turbo 2000 (again)

Hi Lads,
Was a little bit conscious I might be hijacking the other chaps thread so started a new one. Have been looking at another Impreza, UK spec 2000. Underside pictures attached, what do you think about it? This particular car has lowish mileage but has 20+ service stamps (with invoices) appears to have been minded well?

Any thoughts welcome.

Would be mindful of what's under the underseal.
GC8s rot from the inside out. The underside can be refreshed but you need to be looking at inner sills, inside the boot into the pockets, back in underneath where the boot hinge bolts to the parcel tray.
