Selling a apexi power fc for gc8 ej20k v3/4 working perfectly has hand controller. Reason for selling is changing ecu set up. Still in car for the next few weeks so can be seen running. Asking 400.ono

Yep - version 1/2 are also 4 plug with pins in all 4 plugs, v5/6 has plug, plug, blank, plug format.

Serial numbers starting with GF8A, GF8B, GF8C cover v1&2

I?ve looked into these a fair bit and the answer is yes. The ECU pinouts are different between models. If you?re looking for a v5&v6 one, you need the later revision unit that has the serial number GF8 Fxxx - your ECU has a four plug set up (third is blank) the v3&v4 cars have a 3 plug set up so they?re not interchangeable.

The later units are hard to come by but they do pop up on yahoo auctions, eBay and can be sourced by JDM Distro - you can expect to pay ?550+ for one
