Abnormally High emissions in nct

I have an 05 Impreza 1.6 failed on emissions first time through, I at the time had an exhaust leak so I thought that may have been the issue but after getting a new cat back done up the emissions are still very high. I have an aftermarket intake which could be throwing it off but not to such a high degree. I'm thinking map sensor next Anyone have any other ideas?

P. S I have replaced the pre cat o2 sensor 2 months back

You should have 2 sensors on it . Does rye car drive ok or or is it hesitating when driven

yep 2 sensors, replaced the pre cat one as it was throwing a code and car burned a lot of fuel.
the car generaly is solid no stutters or misfires but every once in a while around 2 to 3k rpm it will seem to hesitate to accelerate.
