Hi all, the time has come to start thinking about a deposit for a house and it breaks my heart to create this thread. 
- 94k miles
- Prodrive Performance Pack
- Mapped by Aonghus Power to 323hp and 500NM torque with printout for 95 octane fuel
- Completely stock other than a louder backbox (don't know the brand), Defi boost gauge and Pioneer radio with Apple carplay/android auto
- Mechanically 100%, genuinely the most reliable car I've ever owned, I've been daily driving it since April 2020 and it hasn't once let me down
- Full folder of service history from the start of its life to present day
- Oil changed every 3k miles
- 4 x brand new Michelin Pilot Sports
Bad Points:
- Alarm goes off when armed with the button, locks normally using the key
- A bit of paint has come off on the rear bumper
I'm struggling to think of any other bad points. I absolutely love this car and never wanted to sell it but need the funds now unfortunately. I know prices are gone mad so not sure what to value it at? Thanks all!
