Legacy b4 automatic engine into a manual

Can anyone tell me is there any issues putting the engine from an automatic b4 legacy into a manual other than flywheel etc.

Auto engine I got before to fit in a manual had no oil cooler/modine don't reuse modine from engine with bearings knocking. Also check timing pulleys are same. Some autos may have different pistons not 100% on that. Mine running 3 years now
