Daily Sti in Longford

I have brembo conversion done since last year. discs are slightly warped n pads are low I'm wondering what disc/pad setup people would suggest, daily driven but hoping to do track days so ideally something with abit of bite,

clutch is also on the way out so again what would you suggest, don't know whats in it at the moment but its not standard,

would be interested in getting the car dyno'ed, checked over and remapped down the line, wondering who would be the man for the job?
