STi s207

In my eyes the new impreza looks how the new a legacy should look. Not aggressive enough appearance wise to wear the impreza badge.

I have seen a few in person and they did nothing for me. Wouldn't look twice at one.

I would choose a spec c ra-r, s204, type r or p1 over an s207 any day. Saying that I'm looking forward to seeing how this performs.

I wouldn't turn one down if it landed on my doorstep in the morning :)

When I say it's a lazy design and not aggressive enough I mean, it's a Evo 10 front and bonnet and also the wing shape of the r35 GTR, the roof line is terrible aswell, I know it must be hard to get a new design with budget in mind and the amount of new cars out there but I do expect abit more from subaru. Theres certain details I like on the car I.E. Interior, wheels brakes rear spoiler, the quad pipes, the centre line rear fog light and the golf gti spec red front grill line. Maybe as some lads say it's better in the flesh so I'll wait so see one soon hopefully
 
Ye I know what you mean Johnny they look very good in the flesh and are lovely to sit in too I was in a few in Oz last year I love them

I think the rear diffuser and front splitter are very similar to those on the new type r civic
 
Looks really well I think. Finally an Impreza I.d drive :icon_grin: . Pity we Will never see any here with the tax:icon_sad:

Wow 70k landed, that's a lot. I like the aggressive styling and spec seems quite nice. But sloping rear roof line looks like a merc, not a big fan the line looks wrong to me.

But as a few are saying on here when the hatch first came out I was horrified, I remember they had one on top gear against a evo and I hated it, but now I actually want one, think seeing toms old one in the flesh really changed my mind.

Theres a guy called Michael berrins on youtube has a channel (not great) but hes had one or two of these and theyre modding them looks a lot better on video even from the pics here.
 
the new model is lovely
when you see them in the flesh and sit in them
there is a good difference in the quality of the finish
i would agree it still needs a bit more but deffo a huge improvement
I would love one

Wrx has a cracking engine I'd love the wrx S4 as a daily. new Sti needs a power bump to 350 imo to stay competive
