Any one know can u get a kit for rocker cover gaskets need to do mine and want to change spark plug rubbers as well

Yes you can order all the bits, the chest seals for bolts are expensive, but I never bother with them and have not had them leak yet.

I can get the gaskets from top part but nt the spark plug rubbers

I would by the lot of Subaru if it was me, those rocker seals take serious heat from the manifold.
