it was at auction in tokyo few months back
it was listed as not originally red and had couple of tips
be nice to put it back standard
mine is 43 on that month so very close

it would be great if there was such a big selection of version 1 to chose from that you could do that

i have saw 3 version 1 at auction in 2 years in japan
i bought the other 2

Grade R, if I was buying in, I'd be going for 3.5/4. Maybe that's me being super picky.

Doing fair well to get a grade 3.5 or 4 classic and would be big money.
Stephen will tell ya..........

Grade R wouldn't scare me too much my 555 was grade R as it got painted and a drivers wing thats all.

just looking at the sheet again it lists carbon fiber bonnet and fiberglass wings which could explain the xx at the front
bootlid could be fiberglass also but it does have xx on back panel which prob means repair

grade r can be for just panels replaced aswell as had a tip
youd need to get the sheet translated

it was all the aftermarket stuff that put me off buying it
even if you took the cage out you still have wholes in floors and carpet etc

if that car was left standard it would have made huge money
red is hardest colour to get in them

Well not planning on importing but if I was on the look out and had money to spend, grade 3.5/4 would be what I'd be aiming for.

Grade R just indicates non standard equipment doesn't it? I've seen heavily modified R35 GTR's going through as grade R with delivery mileage on them.

I remember this being in the club and still looks clean. Had lots of upgrade and being type M is a rare manual STI
