Its a wrx.

Its been on and off donedeals for the past 2 years. Moving around the country each time. It was in Roscommon originally advertised as a wrx for 3k odd.

Strong money too!

Jap stuff is priced all over the place these days.

Back in 2010 you could have picked that up for 1500!:lol2:

If its not a sti, has 4 doors and no limited edition. No mentioning of engine work. Pushing close to the gearbox's limits and 10k? What are type R these days?

if it was genuine sti and mint 8000 - 8500 be fair

type r limted in blue is 15k plus and climbing

if you want good classic its not cheap these days

Checking the reg on chill insurance website it shows as an Impreza GL model?

Does Blue command much more of a premium? I've always preferred white type r's myself!

The only blue I would take would be 53c or c53 (whichever the code is) blue in a early classic!

Is that 15k in the uk? Can't imagine too many Irish Lads parting with that sort of cash when it actually comes to it.

15k here im talking - sure we dont live in uk lol

blue version 5 or 6 with roof vent is most sought after and hardest to buy
they are nearly unbuyable at auction in japan now

Not many lads would have parted with 15k for 2 door cossies years ago and look at what they are making now,

Type R impreza s will appreciate for sure, they are an attainable 22B and wait until the 25 year old import rule for America is reached I think there value will rocket

You know the usual story with some lads.

"She's worth x in the uk" :icon_rolleyes:

Its crossed my mind about painting my white type r blue, as its going off for a full respray, but it would never be original and it would annoy me if it didn't match the chassis plate colour code.

Plus I've grown to prefer white now.

Not done deal but interesting all the same, apparently not one person has gone to view it

Big spec type r , the front bumper is not doing it any favours looks shocking

wont be easy get 7800 out of it in parts

Original cars are where its at

the BOTOX front bumper ain't helping it's cause . put a proper bumper on it and might have some chance but still a crash repaired car
