davelegacy Member Number 16 Aug 14, 2015 #6 Yes machine cdb as centre thrust factory to accept a rear thrust bearing also. This allows your to then run a new age 2L or 2.5 L crankshaft. You can see this done here on one of our latest 2.1 stroker conversions with a cdb

davelegacy Member Number 16 Aug 15, 2015 #10 Hi. Yes early ones were centre thrust. If look at pic from top to bottom. Can see bearing no.3 is the original thrust washer. Then bottom of pic. Bearing no.5 is also a thrust washer.
