Crew cab question

Hi lads looking at buying a Range Rover when I get home I see loads of "crew cab" ones with cheap tax for sale. My question is before I left for Australia there was none of this going on so I done research and it seems you need to have employees to be able to tax it as commercial the first time you register it into your name does this seem correct? Any input would be greatly appreciated. G

Yeah man that's corret i have an Audi q7 and i was going to do it to that but was strongly advised not to as you can not use it for privat use you must prove you have 5 employes on your pay roll a registered vat number and you have to sign a declaration in the Garda station to prove all the above load of shite really and they are checking at road check point s
