UK300 spoiler - but with a difference

might be of some interest to a few who want something a bit different....

over xmas i started browsing for a new rear spoiler for my Spec D. ideally an s203 or s204 spoiler but was never gonna get them at sensible money, and was never going to put the big STI wing on it

so i turned my attention to the Prodrive UK300 spoiler...which looks like this..but wasn't too fussed on it

then i seen this picture on google and thought hmmmm that might work on mine but still don't like the pointy bits

picked up one cheap, got the points taken off it, and got it painted (y) The big Plus point is it uses the same mounting holes as my existing WRX spoiler so if i dont like it can remove it handy enough again

and this is what it ends up looking like - just waiting on the Prodrive badges for side of the spoiler to finish it off

looks very well imo , defo gives it the s204 look ,


also really like the colour , bit more subtle

yeah badges en route, couldnt actually find any online then contacted a seller on ebay who does the Prodrive centre caps - got talking to him and turns out he is authorised my prodrive to recreate the centres to satisfy demand (could be a spoof) anyhow i sent him off the 1 side decal i had and he is making me up new ones for it.

badges i hope will add the finishing touch to it, should tie it in with the dark wheels & front splitter
 
cheers. still growing on me, at some angles it still looks a bit wrong. really needs the prodive decals to arrive!
 
Looks great, I like the view from the rear :icon_grin:
It's great to be a bit different aswell, I love things that are rare
