Went for a spin with some muscle cars....

Well this evening myself and 2 other club members (DaveR and Shaunkearney1986) attended a meet in Little Island, Cork where some lads from the American Car Club were showing off some lovely bits of machinery. They did not disappoint. The cars were awesome not just to look at but to smell and especially hear! We took a spin through the city in convoy after and finished up at The Anglers Rest just outside the city and I have to say it was great craic. The noise of those V8s echoing in the city streets was fantastic! I love the boxer sound but when I tried to make some noise a Z28 Camaro in front of me embarrassed me and my ear drums nearly detonated! Great lads to talk to aswell. A real treat. Nice to see the folk out and about cracking a smile seeing something different rolling by too. Hope ye enjoy the pics my phone camera isnt great though.

I was grinning like an 8 year old after getting their communion money while following them down Patrick St. The noise! Meant to get some under the "hood" pictures but never did some lovely stuff there. DaveR might have more photos... The small block 302 in the mustang was a work of art

What a savage night! Hopefully they can make it too our next isdc cork meet! My ears are still ringing from the tunnel run The spin through cork city was something ill never forget!! I've sh*t loads of pics ill upload soon !!
