regret, that one car we wished we'd hung on to

My 99 ukdm integra type r.

The happiest 25k miles I've done. Incredibly reliable despite the constant use of vtec, track days and general abuse.

Guy who bought it wrote it off :(

And they just get better the more you learn how to drive to their talents. Just about the most enjoyable point to point backroad car I've had. The scoobies ability to pass everything safely and quickly is brilliant, but in standard form the front eventually just washes out, not the passive rear steer of the integra.

Yup "back it into the corner" as the great man Tiff says defo on my list of cars to own

I really regretted selling my Legacy (less the cracks on the front bumper!!)

Now it seems that it is going round like a bad porno! Whole front/ wheels changed now, dosn't look half as nice now!

Will always regret selling my purple wide arch Nova Sr with 17" white twin spokes. Absolutely loved that car. Absolute boy racer car. But would love to have it back.

Great to see so many of you reminiscing with me and a lot of great cars too! Here's another one of mine, spent a small fortune importing this from Japan, had only 50000kms on it when I brought it in, only kept it 6 months till I test drove the evo though and that was that! Have seen it a few times on dd with 3 different bumpers (the one on it in the picture loved speed bumps) and about triple the mileage was almost tempted to buy it back

My pride and joy at the time, fully rebuilt 1973 mini Clubman GT... she was a weapon bored to 1430cc, S/C box LSD, I loved that car :new_puppy_dog_eyes:

Sure heres a few,

God I missed that car... what a noise from the s/c dog box and eth weber :carexhaust:

3 cars stand out to me.. I had a 95 jdm Integra type r that I would love to have back, also got a Nissan Silvia s14 in from Japan when no one had one, think it was the whole trill of picking her up from docks, I regret every selling that.. But I think my big bug bear would be a 2003 m3 I had, I did a bit cosmetically with it like Csl boot lid and bumper, lowering springs, Csl wheels etc etc and it was gorgeous, I used to love the look of if when walking towards it parked up.. Really loved it and sold it... I knew the minute the guy drove off that I had made a fuk up doh:

Not a great pic but..
