You can buy brand new car for that price tag there... I dont like the wheels tho, but looks nice and well kept
 
Wheels look tacky to me, I don't really think a polished lip belongs on a impreza... Look more like the copy of rays over the real thing.
 
Get rid of SUBARU stickers and wheels and it's perfect .Crazy money .I reckon he will still get good money for it though
