Firewall , tiss an alloy type. This is the only pic I have but its a proper job not a made up one with corrugated grooves and pre drilled .Rear strut brace also In picture

not sure is the cut away to the boot the same in the classics and new age. Maybe someone on this site would know

Got the manifold brand new but apparently its of no benifit to me running the restrictor for rallying and actually works against the railycar. Ideally suited to cars running 350 plus for quicker spool up and top end.Never used brand new , think is 450stg plus vat off RCM. Not sure of diameter , ill measure it tow
