Started to work into the list, done right hand side rocker cover gasket, changed aux belt and ac belt, replaced plugs. Only have left side rocker gasket, rear discs and pads, handbrake shoes, get front and rear bumpers painted. One day at a time...

progress is defo being made all the time .

going out to collect my simtek ecu with alcatek upgrade today . but money, and fingers in different pies all with keeping the bug as a daily driver . and doing different events (buggying) and buying fog covers and the likes has hampered speed of progress . only have my new bc coilovers in a couple of months but need a SERIOUS geo setup , so as you can imagine i am progressing jus not as much as i and everyone else would like .

also mates wedding , stag and the likes to keep me going in between .

O i will get there , someday , as long as the progress is in a forward motion !

Pow ,

Ordered a few bits today.

hel braided lines - red
Motul RBF660 - 1ltr to do a flush.
Sickspeed supertone - red
Draper hose clamp and brake bleeder kit.
New caliper piston but need to get one of those refresher kits.
2ton jack - lent mine and never got it back.
bluetooth odb2 adapter - to use torque app.

Not sure what pads to get yet to suit my car. First time to order myself, hope to get them in 2/3 next two weeks.

Sent from Note 2

Booked her in for a new clutch , the extra torques finished it off since mapping and started slipping on tuesday , so priced around and Carroll and Roche done me a great deal so off it goes ,

What clutch you get ?Camskill doing a great price on exedy pink box

Standard Exedy replacement Jobbie Baz , looked at up grade but i was not sure as to weather or not it would be alot heavier than standard , i'm happy enough with standard feel anyway plus not driving it enough or hard enough to warrant it ,

Mick and Noel done me a great deal on the clutch Dave as we bought another car off them this week so the price i got wouldn't reflect normal pricing so wouldn't be fair to say how much , but lets just say they took the sting out of it for me ,

Standard one is not really suitable for the torque you are running , the peddle is slightly harder than standard but not annoying in any way

if it really is making that lol , lets not start that again , it'll do for a year or two , have plans for the hawk so this is an easy way out for the time being , :subaru:
