What did you do to your car today?

fitted grimmspeed 3 port boost solenoid and it was overboosting like crazy, quick text to Joe to let him know and he had a new revision sent over to me in no time, need to load it on now and see how she drives. Also installed uprated Deatschwerks fuel pump in spare housing i have ready, to drop in over the weekend.

New Timing belt fitted by Ciaran in ASD....

Top class service he came and collected car at my hotel and dropped it back this evening..

Cleaned from rust and resprayed the rear Whiteline Antirollbar. Why is it so badly protected and getting rusty so fast? :/
very disappointed about Whiteline I must say!

I wonder if it will make much difference as its only 20mm adjustable version..

All whiteline stuff is the same, its not suited to our climate. They are fine in Australia where its 25 degrees of blistering sunshine in the depths of winter, but it just goes to sh*t here when its wet 95% of the time. I'll probably be getting a 24mm anti-roll bar next year and will just paint or powdercoat it before putting it on.

Busy today, got some new tyres fitted, such a difference in driving with some decent tyres again! Changed cabin pollen filter, no more musty smell when the aircon is on, replaced rear wiper, ordered new throttle body hose as stock one isnt sitting great with the Hyperflow TMIC and there's a small leak, currently patched with Blutack! Did an oil and filter change, removed front lip and started sanding it down, ready for a fresh painting in the morning, received new set of mats from carmats4u.com but they are shite so sending them back, smaller than standard ones and quality is shite.

Brought my car to Eric's place. He did fantastic job on my Suby and he is a wonderful lad to have a chat with.

Thanks Eric one more time :xmas_cheers:

Washed, dried, stuck another layer of carlack 68 sealant on and tucked her in under the covers to avoid the avoid the birds shitting all over it.
