Washed and debadged! Looks much cleaner now. Still wanna remove the Toyota badges. Anyone got any spare Subaru badge at home that I can use? I have one so far, but its slightly damaged, so if someone got some really nice ones for free, just PM me:)

Fitted my new front wing liners.... in a box since last track day...
Did lots of rust preventative stuff on the front end.
Adjusted the shocks for the spin to AGM.
Tyre pressure adjusted.
Full check over.
Washed it for the first time in 6 months.
Filled to the neck with fuel and special sauce!

Big thanks to the really tall fella.... Midnight Blue!
His youth and enthusiasm for old cars is second to none, plus he’s very handy at
Fixing sh1t! :)

Top man!

Nice one. What's it like behind the liners. Much crap build up in there [emoji106]

None at all to be honest.
Mine was like the day it left the factory.

Only real spot to worry about is behind where a mud flap would be, bottom of the
Wing near the jacking point.
Slight build up of dirt but the clever men in Subaru leave a vent to the atmosphere that goes out behind the wing liner.

All the VAG stuff I’ve seen over the last 15 years hasn’t got that.
Normally have a ploughing amount of muck!

Real simple idea and works well, no wet muck build up.

Put my new discs and pads on today, they came out stunning but when I finished up the garage lights weren’t bright enough for good pics. More pictures to follow on my blog.

My LHR caliper seized so I took the pins out and cleaned it up a bit. It’s fine for now but something to keep an eye on.

Highly would have advised moved on from 4 pots.

The cost to refurb is basically cost of new ones

The cost of the disc and pad between 4 pot and Brembo Caliper be pretty much the same give or take.

Wheels would have cleared.

Non wise move in my opinion as cost to refurb 4pot or new vs Brembos be again in same level

On the car this is 3rd set of discs and pads in sub 10k

I’d agree with Dave to be fair.... if not in a sawn-off shot gun way!!

I’d be more AR-15 suttle....

Wheels swamp the brakes!

Looks very odd!

opinions are like assholes... all different.

What did that cost?

I’d have lowered your car first. Only my opinion.

700 delivered from UK. Discs, pads and lines.

It is lowered already and suspension work done.

Must have missed the lowering bit sorry.

Want calipers have you got.

Calipers look small sorry... not up to much I reckon...!!

My 17’s rub the AP’s a tinch...
Best money I ever spent!!

Fill the BBS to a MM...

Stop on a penny.

Fitted winter wheels as the beast from the east arrives
