CAR FULLY FORGED BUILT WITH A 2.25L. CAR DID NOT HAVE ITS PROPER STI6 HEADS WHICH IS COMMON AT THIS STAGE OF CARS WITH ENGNIES GETTING SWAPPED. SO WE SUPPLIED STI6 HEADS AND WERE FULLY SKIMMED-PRESSURE AND VACUUM TEST AND SHIMMED. AIM IS 400 BHP BUT WILL RUN AREA 350BHP AFTER MAPPING TEMPORARY. WITH 2.2 BLOCK WITH OVERSIZE BORE AND HONE AND BLOCK FACED. REBUILT USING SUBARU CRANKSHAFT, ACL RACE SERIES MAIN AND BIG END BEARINGS, EAGLE FORGED CONRODS WITH ARP BOLTS, WISECO FORGED PISTONS, COSWORTH HIGH TENSILE HEADSTUDS, COMETIC HEAD GASKETS, COSWORTH KEVLAR TIMING BELT, NEW SUBARU TIMING TENSIONER, ALL x4 IDLER PULLEYS, EXEDY PINK ORGANIC CLUTCH KIT, FLYWHEEL SKIM AND SPIGGOT BEARING, NEW FRONT AND REAR CRANKSHAFT SEALS. AND ANY GASKETS THEREAFTER NEEDED RENEWING. AND FRESH OILS, COOLANT AND PLUGS. NGK 7'S.
ALSO WE WENT BIT DIFFERENT ON THIS WITH PURPLE INLET MANIFOLD AND ROCKER COVERS. ALSO ADDED WAS A FRESH EXHAUST MANIFOLD FROM A 2005 STI AND VF28 DROPPED IN FAVOUR OF A BRAND NEW VF48 TURBO.
