thank,s a lot for help lads , rad changed, and all other work complete, even got the spark plugs in.
just tax and insurance and she,ll be road legal .
i,m wondering should i get her tuned and if so would the local subaru garage be good enough or should i go to a specialist , i,m in wexford and haven,t used any subaru garages to date . i reckon she needs some work in this area as i could nearly drink the fumes from the exaust . is there something else i should get checked out that i don,t know about .........99 2.0 turbo auto forester. 94k miles .

Any half decent mecahnic that has a scan tool for subaru could do a quick check to see

what could be causin your motor's fumes smell, could be the lamda sensor, cat or m.a.f. sensor even.

shouldnt cost too much for a check.
