17*8.0 alloys - how wide would tyres be?

17*8.0 alloy wheels ,what size tyres would they need............225/45/17 ..........235/45/17 ......????

On a standard TypeR I think 225/45/17 is al you can fit. With your wide arch kit you might get the 235/45/17 on. What have you at the minute on her and work of that? Do they fill your arches.

You can try my 18"X8" with 235/45/18 on if you like! I also have 18"X7.5" with 235/40/18

Im not sure which wheels to go for or what size yet ,but i might take you up on that offer if i need to try the 235's ,thanks for that
