This is the RCM Gobstopper,winner of the 2008 Time Attack,850bhp,dry sump,custom suspension,you name it,its got it,built by Matt Clark,driven by brother Olly,this is the ultimate Subaru Impreza.........

Yes,Olly came around to my house last year when he and Matt were doing a spot of testing,Matt went for a cuppa while me and Olly went out 70mph-170mph happens if you blink its the nearest thing to time travel,just crazy,I am hoping to drive it some time.

I like the way they don't have hugh wings and mad looking bodykits for downforce,
Just a deep front spliter and some sort of descreet undercar vacuum developing defuser type thing, Savage
It's like the rear spoiler is more to keep it straight,
Defo the best classic impreza in the world! :clap: fair play to the RCM lads,
I know they have a lot of money to put into it, but money can't buy the class and style that this car is has!

The name came from the fact that after driving it Olly was lost for words as if he had a gobstopper in his mouth,all the work this year has been on the handling lowering the car by fitting a dry sump,custom made tubular cross-members,carbon-fibre doors,its runs on VP Import Racing fuel 125 octane and does 5mpg when racing.

I could be wrong andy but pretty sure I remember from scoobyshootout that its where they mount the timing equipment

Thats right,its a beacon receiver and as Olly goes passed the pit lane garage his lap time comes up on the Motec digital dash.
