Evening all,

I need to get hold of an ipod cable KCA-iP100,any ideas,hopefully a decent price,my stereo is a KDC-W6541U,according to the kenwood website i cant use the other cable to hook the ipod up.

is this your headunit.

if so just get a aux lead in halfords or anywhere what does car electrical stuff

The auxilliary works fine in my car.

Yeah thats the one,
I'd like to be able to charge the ipod though as well,which the aux wont do.

Would the ipod cable used to hook the ipod to a Pc work?

Looks exactly the same as a Pc connection,USB to Ipod connection.

I have a cradle at home which connects your ipod to your car sterio.

Not sure which ipod you have and its a bit of a pain to get it up and running but looks well when installed.

my ipod would need the dock cable option,so back to square one,thanks anway

i use a aux cable and i have a in car charger for the ipod if needed.

Yeah i think the AUX cable will be the way to go if my the ipod to PC cable doesnt work.
