Coolant Consumption & Bonnet "Pop"

Afternoon,

Lads i was just wondering about the coolant consumption on my leggy B4,just about 2 weeks since the new rad was put in,noticed this morning that the coolant leve had dropped sligtly,in between the F & L marks on the bottle.I cover about 250k a week,is this excessive consumption?

Another small thing,the bonnet pop has gone dicky,two man operation to open the bonnet,its goin in for NCT next friday,i have a gurantee for a pass from the dealer,however if the bonnet wont open will they bother testing the car?

I got my rad replaced last week. Was told to check the coolant level as it will need a few top ups as the system was completely drained. Not sure about the bonnet

if they cant open the bonnet,they will fail your test mate!!!!!

yeah thought as much,gona have to get it sorted,any ideas who could sort the bonnet pop/latch out?
