Turbo Spiral???

Guys, you might declare me stupid :cuckoo:, but today a friend of mine told me he bought a Turbo Spiral on Ebay and claims, it does exactly what they describe.
- Increasing the mileage
- Increasing HP :wazzup:
- Blablabla... :icon_blahblah:

Now my question: Is there anyone out there who can confirm this story? I never heard about it and I have strong doubts. It says, it will work on Turbo Charged engines as well.
First I thought my friend is taking the pi** out of me. But he was seriously.

I mean, I am quite technically, but this really cought me completely unprepared. :ponder2:
