how do i know

well guys,
am just after getting a new exhaust for the car i was just wondering how do i know it is a genuine monogoose exhaust other than the price because no where on the exhaust (from the turbo back) does it say monogoose.
 
my mate has one on his impreza.... dont think it says it on his anywhere either, it's coming off the car in a few days time so i will have a good look at it then.

when you say a slip joint i guess you mean that each section slides into each other and are held together with u-clamps, if so, that is the way mine is. by the way the exhaust sound fantastic :dance:
