Adjusting Wipers?

Gents, some help please...

With all the pishing rain the wipers have been on constantly and I've noticed the drivers side one is goin way out to the right and touching the column when it gets there! :angry: How do I adjust this or can I adjust this? She's a 99 B4 leggy!
 
Well I got the new linkage yesterday, fitted and all in 30mins and its lovely, no more bashin the pillar!! The old linkage was shot to sh*t! I'll try get a 'how to' up shortly! Its quite an easy one, just gotta watch the motor!

Same thing's happened mine gona get it sorted next week,my wipers gone over the colum and made sh*t of the paint :angry1:
