I was out for a spin last night driving along not a bother went over a bump in the road and i heard a scraping noise thought nothing more of it as it was'nt that loud and just for a split second, im just after noticing a large scrape in my front calipper about 4 inches long :cry:

does anyone know of someone who would repair it and how much would it cost? :cry:

obviously stone got stuck or something like....
is it a deep scratch???? would it compound out???

Yeah its deep the gold finish is chipped at the edges and right down the middle its back to the metal, must have been a stone alright never seen it before, just one of thoes things i suppose sickner all the same :?

I reckon you could have a go at fixing it yourself :dunno:

If you can get the paint code and get some made up, then repaired it with a small brush, and then polished it..... it could turn out ok :thumbsup:

Just go over it a few times letting it dry fully before next coat jobs oxo
Get an art brush and cut it down.
