I'm looking to make the legacys handling a bit more neutral or maybe even towards mild oversteer if possible, so looking at strut bars and sway bars...

Now I have the options of 18,21 and 22 mm sway bars front and rear in any combination.... anyone have any advice because TBH I'm lost!!!

yeah sorry i wouldnt know anything about suspension geometry... sway bars etc...i only fitted a rear strut...car was set up when i bought it.

like my understanding is that the end you stiffen will come unstuck more easily.... the more complient(soft) end will grip better... But I don't wanna get the thickest ARB and end up backward on every roundabout....

Your best bet for that then is Johnny99 (jomo engineering). He'll put ya straight on what ya need & he's incredibly cheap for prices from what I've seen so far. He'll also fit for you

I had a read of that alright and it all makes sense to me, its pretty much a question of how far to go tbh....
