Remap

Hey lads,

I'll be getting my car remapped soon, SimTek ECU with Anti-Lag and Launch Control. Was just wondering, does Anti-Lag always give that mad noise? Or is it just at high rev's? I already get enough trouble in my area with how loud the car is :lol:

Also does Anti-Lag have any implications on the life of your turbo?

Iam sure with the simtek you can switch the lag on and off,so you should be able to control the bang,and it should only happen when you change gears etc...neighbours will love you....
As for turbo...its not great for the turbo esp if you have it on all the time,but if your sensable with it,it should be ok...

yep I second that.

you wont be dissapointed.

youl have a switch (put it behind the dccd in the slot) on/off
between the gears depending on how big your turbo is and when you leave off, and rev it in neutral, shel bang and fart like your gran.

you wont have it on all the time anyway, and the mapper will set it so you wont blow anything....well for a while anyway.

i think nodge has mine on cam, he mite put it up for you and me.
