Well lads I have decided not to sell my baby!

What I have decided a fresh engine build and am considering a 2.5 bottom end.

Question is how would this work wit my 5 speed gear box??

Does it have to be declared to customs of the block change??

I would say you would have to let them know,as for NCT etc,they check engine and chassis numbers, so they would have to match..

So even if i was to fit a sti9 2.0 short motor i'd still have to notify them of that yea??

i thought the nct just look at the plate with all the codes on it

Sure just ring them up and ask them,you shouldnt have to pay more money,i think... :dunno:

Buy Damo's(Renno) car off him thats in the for sale section.
Then either sell your car or simply transfer all the goodies to your car

the nct wont no the difference, and think it would have to be ripped to tell the difference
