dodgy radio reception

bit of a strange one here lads ,

my head unit only picks up radio stations in dulin city , :dunno:

standard subaru radio works fine everywhere but the sound is bit crap , :hang:

the headunit thats actin up is a piooner so thought i'd have no problem , can a booster be got to enhance the signal or should i just go buy a new headunit

anyone else came across this b4 and is der a soloution

Have the same problem myself mate. Can't seem to sort it, have tried everything.

Bought a big aerial and stuck in behind the dash, no joy. Bought an internal electric aerial and mounted it inside the front window, no joy.

Given up now. I recon it's the headunit. The one I have is JDM MacIntosh. Meant to be a quality headunit but can't get it to work! New headunit on the way...
