yes. You unplug the connector block for the ignition at the steering column and plug in the wiring harness there. Then reconnect the ignition wires. There will also be a purple wire that you have to ground or connect to the handbrake.
You should get full instructions with it.

This is like an in between harness. And there is a brain box with it that you plug display into. this will all fit neatly with existing wiring around steering coloum......

Then hook up handbrake cut to handbrake wiring. You'll need to remove whole centre armrest console to do this.
 
A hose will be included to run from the engine through the firewall to the back of the unit.
