what mods give good gains in torque ?

wats up peeps
just wondering what mods give good gains in torque??.. I know the real big gains are bigger turbos, decats, big boost and remaps ..
Is there much to gain from porting and heat wraping the standerd exhaust headders and up pipe??
What about a 3port boost solinoide?... i know they controle boost abit better but do they offer any gains??
And is there anyting els that could add the extra Lbft ???

recently fitted slightly unequal stainless manifold, up-pipe and 3 port boost solenoid, Gained 39lb ft torque & 17 horses. Wat a difference!

You don't get better than that without changing the turbo!
Heat wrapping the headers and up-pipe would also be a good move
Obviously you'd need a remap to suit the above mods!
