B4 sti ?

Saw a 99 b4 with sti stickers on it today anyboby know what would be different from a normal b4 looked like it had a lot of work done on the engine but the guy didnt know.Had a test drive and it got a lot of power.
 
only one sti model in the BE5 legacy thats the rare my02 s402..it had 18 inch bbs alloys slightly lower compression uprated bottom end ..310 bhp from the factory..he may have work done but its not an offical sti

i do nothing in work except look at cars
 
never imported myself but ibc is decent also USS auctions but you'll need an agent for that afaik mick spec c has an agent he might be able to help you

if its the purple one on carzone that has an sti sticker on it. its just a b4.
youl be a lucky man to get your hands on the s401 or s402, whatever its called.
there was only so many made and only given or sold to subaru staff, so there rare.
 
it was white and it only in from japan he looking for €9000 for it any way to tell by looking at it

I was looking at one a while ago in Japland, they are not cheap :doh:

But very exclusive & jam packed with extras :thumbsup:

its not an s401 sti legacy because its a be5 revision a or b 99..they where made ,400 of them ,in 02.

it has a close ratio 6 speed box , brembo brakes, hardened and lowered. bits you don't see forged pistons, balanced crank and con rods.

under the bay you can tell it has a bigger intercooler. anyone driving a b4 thats not a late 02 with a 6 speed box its not a be5 b4 STI.

mines not an sti, has an sti exhaust system and and sti short shift gear box but its not a factory sti model. i dont think theres any in the country...
 
its not an sti..the sti has a leather sort or suede mix interior..that has cloth interior its not even top spec..no brembos either..and you wouldn't swap out the BBS exclusive 18's for those..100% percent thats not an sti
