The last week when im drinen my type R

if i just clutch it and let the revs drop the rev counter

drops all the wat to zero and two times it even stalled

has this ever happend to anybody else? what could it be :ponder:
 
Has happened a couple of times in my type r but never quite stalled.
Dont know what it might be
 
Yeah this has also happened to me few times but only when the intercooler waterspray is empty....? Dont know if this is the real reason but it never happens when I have plenty of spray, and is guarrenteed to happen if I dont have water, just an idea, were you roasting it before it started this?
 
Ye i give it a really good roasting last week before this happend

but there was plenty of water in it :ponder:
 
had this problem with another car and it turned out to be the throttle pentometer. it controls the car at idle but a faulty one can cause over revving also.
 
Eh well Im very fresh out of ideas.... ha ha :lol: but it just seems to be something that happens when they get warm. The other time that it happens to me is if the car gets very warm and your not moving, for example sitting in traffic or chatting with mates and you leave the car running, and basically she cant cool herself, or the intake temperature is too high. Just ideas probably wrong, best of luck with it
