Service kit for Legacy BL5

I want to get the car fully serviced as soon as i get it in(BL5). I was told there is a service kit you can buy from Japan that includes all the bits you need to do a normal service ie all belts etc. Are all service parts readily available in Ireland or would there be a wait for anything?

we'd have all bits in for a bl5 service..........
