The only thing on the rear arms is the little bracket for the auto leveling lights :ponder:

pillowball all is the bushing type used in each end of the arms
 
As Joe says, Xenon headlight weight adjuster.
Auto adjusts the headlights as per weight/people in the car.

Pillow ball is a totally different thing.
