ok lads i just done a big service on my scoob :thumbsup:
but" i think i might have put the wrong sparkplugs in?... the new plugs were NGK iridioums and the heat rating was 8..... now i know the standerd V5 STi plugs are heating is 6..... the car runs and pulls great!!
so im just wondering if i made a boo boo :wall:??

As far as i know, for a standard impreza heat rating 6. And for mapped/modified use heat rating 7
 
ok thanks lads....i hope to get my decat and fuelpump soon and as soon as i have il be geting a remap :thumbsup:....so will the 8. plugs be ok or will i need to replace them with 7.plugs?? can i cause any harm using the 8. plugs for now????
 
If there racing 8s in red box they should be a bit lumpy, Id switch back to the 7's and sell the 8s if there new. The 8s must have been expensive ?

@ Renno.... To be honist they seem finenot lumpy at all?? .
.i think the came in a small black and yellow NGK box? they were about 75euro
