ARB and other bits

Replacing some parts on my 2 door STi Type R.

Rear ARB - what size do most go with when replacing 20mm, don't require adjustable. Obviously there's Whiteline and Perrin etc., anybody have any dealings with importcarparts uk? Things like plastic clips for attaching bumpers onto front and rear bumper bars?

Engine bay bolt kits, nothing flashy.

Anybody have any recommendations.
