Peugeot 206 exhaust

Anyone know a cheap place to get bodge jobs done. Apparently the flange where the pipe goes into the back box is broken. 2 different guys are giving different opinions on weather or not its been cut and rewarded already. Basically I've been quoted 170 to replace it and really don't want to spend that much on this car.

I find auto exhausts in Crumlin to be decent enough.

Got them to weld a flexi pipe into an a6 only cost 80 yoyos.

Scrap yard on the greenhills road have a rake of them could also be an option
 
Im not at all surprised to hear about exhaust issues on Pugs..

My mate has lost his exhaust several times due to corrosion :icon_grin:

I remember driving the 206 down the motorway from Dublin with SurferKid few years ago. We lost the exhaust half way through.. it started banging down the road.. scary stuff lol

I'd say make a trip to the scrapyard as Keith suggested..They have plenty of them over there... take 2 just in case :D
 
True story up there from CODDERS.

I still drive a 206 as a daily and it give me exhaust issues constantly. I was sick of welding it up so replaced the middle section and back box with new ones but for cheap fix breakers are the best choice and sometimes they have really decent pipes that they let go for nothing.
