Starter relay location

Hi Guys! Need your help!

I've been struggling for a long time with my starter motor not engaging on a very random basis.

It sounds like there is not enough power delivered to the starter motor solenoid sometimes.

First I thought it was a battery - replaced with a new one, then I replaced the starter motor (brand new) - worked for a month and started acting up again. Replaced the ground cable running from the battery.
I figured out that jumping the solenoid using a wire directly from a battery works every time, so the issue is somewhere under the dash.

The only last thing I didn't replace yet is the relay as couldn't locate it!
I tried to find which one of the relays under the dash is connected to the ignition barrel, but got lost in the spaghetti of cables lol.

The car is classic 99 TypeR ver5

Could be a tooth/cog damage on flywheel itself

Remove starter and rotate crank pulley to inspect as start

If lands on damaged section.

May have this situation.

Yeah I thought this could be the case as well Dave, but why if I connect the wire directly from the battery, it starts every time?
