squeeling noise when steering

Im getting a squeeling noise when steering just after i start engine, is this the steering pump or belt. it go's when engine is warm.
car is 1997 sti v3.

Also lads im down the south KK/Waterford border can any one recommend a decent mechanic to do work on my car, the lads down here are grand but when they hit a problem they just dont want to know. I'll travel if needs be. Just looking for someone who knows the cars inside out, No guessing. Im not having problems but a decent mechanic would be good to know
 
Try a new belt on it first. Takes 2-3 mins to change with a 12mm socket or wrench
