Trying to tell me something?

Just copped this during the week. Not sure how long it's been doing it or if it's normal. This cycle repeats a couple of times after switching on the ignition/starting engine. Doesn't come one or flash when driving.

Tried connecting the black "read code" wires under the dash as per the guide but nothing happens just the same flashing as above.

Any ideas?

Flashed a couple of times when driving tonight with a drop in power for a split second.

Like its going into limp mode could be a number of things I'd get it to someone who knows them
 
Think I'm gonna have to do that.
It may wait a couple of weeks as im away next week.
