Drivers wheel squeak

While I was out in the car earlier I noticed a squeak from the drivers wheel when going over uneven ground. It wasn't a sound on each rotation but more with the bumps in the road so that has me thinking perhaps suspension related. I know it is hard to diagnose a problem online but what should I be looking out for? Ball joints, shocks etc? Is there anything I can do to try and locate exactly what is causing the squeak? It will probably be next weekend before I can get it looked at, so should I park the car up until then or would it be ok to keep using?

Odd, is it coming from the wheel itself or surrounding plastic housing area or outside the car? Sometimes my plastics surrounding the ignition barrel squeek. There is bad roads everywhere in Galway.

Could I be something with the steering wheel height, forward and back adjustment, just an idea
