Its on the bulbs themselves. A plastic cover in green.

Almost have it all matching [emoji106] just need to get the right bulb holders for the heater control lights.
The green is a 90s jap thing alright, it just reminds me too much of an old corolla taxi or something else really boring.

Pretty handy alright. Only tricky part is connecting the speedo cable back in.
