Legacy B4 Gearbox oil leak??

Car started to leak oil, first thought it was engine but then found out it was gearbox, pulled the box out and found a small hole on the inside of the box, got that welded and fixed and put back together, got it back yesterday drove it for the day and anytime I drove it and parked up there's still a drop of oil ? Am I missing something? Is there any common problems with them? Checked the gearbox dipstick and the level went down a bit so defiantly leaking again? It also seems to be after car is driven if car was stood still on idle it won't leak? Any info would be great

Yeah wasn't a crack just a small whole, got it welded, didn't use any shite tiger seal or that, it's not leaking as bad but seems to be still leaking
