Best Glue/Epoxy for headlight repair?

Hi broken one of the small brackets off where the headlight screws onto the bracket. I tried some 2 piece epoxy stuff from Halfords and it wasn't worth a shite. Can anybody recommend something that might get a good strong seal on some hard ABS plastic? Its in an awkward spot right beside the fixing point. I did pick up another thing of Unibond Plastic Power epoxy that might work a bit better. I was trying to get some of that new Tec7 Super7 glue but couldnt find it in 3 different shops i went to

"plastic cement " i think its called , got in any decent motor factors , 2 part mix and does exactly what is says on the tin !

Miter mate 2 part glue sets in 10 seconds nothing stronger that it for plastic Dan .Can be got in a good hardware shop for 10 /15 Euros

Plastic welding is the only way for as good as new job if you know any body shop that does it. We do it ,based in Boyle.
